Our Story

Jean & Alexis met online and had their first date over many (many!) glasses of sangria. They both took a bathroom break to text each others’ friends how well the date was going. After Jean spent approximately 30 minutes looking visibly pale and sweaty, Alexis finally went in for the first kiss ;) (sorry honey, the world has to know!). They have been inseparable since! Together, they have traveled to 2 countries, 3 states, and 7 different cities.
Their relationship has consisted of many late nights of Jean sitting for hours while Alexis studied just so they could spend time together and even more days of opposite schedules as both have flipped between night and day shifts for their careers. In between, they have had the honor to become close with each others’ friends and families, travel and explore the world, and experience life-changing moments together.

Now, we have found ourselves engaged and ready to spend the rest of our lives together! We cannot wait to spend this occasion with our closest family and friends.

Our Engagement
Our engagement was one of the most special days of our lives. Our morning started early (5:00 AM!) to go “take some pictures” at The Trocadéro—one of Paris’ most stunning backdrops. Little did Alexis know about the ring in Jean’s pocket. Our photographer extended our session and even took us to a café to capture some more joy from the best day.
